Is anyone else having issues receiving their Twitch Prime loot?

I claimed "Premium Supply Pack #1" a few days ago, never received it, and now claimed the second crate and didnt get anything either. Is this is a known issue, will it be delivered with delay or am I just out of luck and won't get anything now? The first drop, "Fan-tastic Exclusive skin set bundle" worked fine.
