[2020] Stuttering...

Do you guys also encounter stutters at the moment? I didn't play much last months but when I played last week it was ok.

But today it's almost constant stuttering with some freeze of 10 sec.

I have i5 6600k, GTX 1070 and 16go ram.

Any ideas how I could solve this?

Edit: I'm not trying to improve my FPS but getting rid of freeze and stuttering.

I usually have between 70/80fps and when it stutters it goes like 20/30fps or freeze during 3 to 10 seconds.

All my settings in game are set to low
