[2020] Should the Panzerfaust follow the principle of no-kill-trading like guns, or still being able to explode after you're knocked like frag grenades?

but it's pretty clear from the clip that it fizzled out cos i got knocked after i fired off the RPG

a few hours later i played another game and the same thing happened. i got shot up by someone from about 5m and i panic whipped around and fired off the panzer but it fizzled out cos i got knocked immediately after firing
