External link →Krafton needs to start replying to at least a few comments in each week’s feedback thread. I get that most of the comments/feedback are things the team can’t really reply to, but even 1 or 2 token replies would show us someone is listening.
Actual engagement would ideal.
Thanks for this feedback. It is just myself at the moment for NA/OC and it gets hard replying to each thread! But please rest assured that all feedback and suggestions are being read/monitored and delivered to the devs.
Absolutely love the game but before I start providing feedback in an empty room....would like to see Krafton actually interacting/responding to the posters providing suggestions? Until I see that basic courtesy, gonna just keep my mouth shut and continue lurking.
Hey y'all. Thanks for this feedback. As I mentioned before, I am the only CM right now for NA and OC and it gets hard replying to every single feedback thread. Please rest assured though, that all threads do get read and feedback/suggestions are promptly delivered to the dev team. I try to respond to urgent issues when I can, but I will make it a priority to engage with the community a bit more! Thanks again
