To begin with, I got a notification on my Steam that I had been banned from PUBG and lost my account. I have spent money on this game so in my logical mind like I don't know why I was banned, to begin with. I did an appeal and all they said was that I violated a term without giving me a proper explanation other than that maybe I have cheated. I play Raft this is where I notice my first issue came up, as I played modded Raft but you need the Raft Mod Loader to play that game with mods. After playing Raft I played PUBG, there were two incidents where I had played PUBG within the two weeks of my time playing Raft then switched to PUBG to play with friends. In both those incidents, I was kicked for suspicious movement. But the first time I had literally taken one step and was kicked off. The second time was exactly the same. I had NEVER cheated and in no way does Raft mod loader should alter or bypass the PUBG cause it's for a separate game. Also, the reason why I mention this is cause that has been the only third-party software I've downloaded during this time, and have logical thinking those are going hand-by-hand. Is there really no way for me to get some sort of justice for my account? I spent so much time collecting stuff from my prime, loot chest, and doing the limited-time events. I suck at this game too so doing the events quest was really hard for me, and this just is so frustrating for me as I've had this game for 5+ years playing very on and off.
