I don't recall ever making a PUBG Shield account, so I was surprised that my email & pw worked at all. When I check on my profile, it shows a PUBG playername that isn't mine and a world player name that also isn't mine.
Is this normal?
External link →Shield is connected with the Krafton ID. So whatever email/username and pass you've made to access your Krafton ID will be the same login info for Shield. The username you see on your profile page on Shield is only visible by you - it does not get shared if you submit a report.
