if your operator goes MIA. DO NOT go into a quick match with randoms and try and save em that way. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Do not risk other operators lives by going into a match with ppl who treat this game like left 4 dead just so you can get your favorite operator back. just select the area you have to save your operator and choose the easiest difficulty and complete it SOLO. you can extract after saving them or complete the mission for xp the choice is up to you.
