[2022] Random Health Boost?

So myself and two buddies were just finishing an objective on the map with the house and barn on Eurydice Farms in Alaska. We had just killed the Elite Smasher for the Hunt objective, and one buddy had opened the airlock when all 3 of us simultaneously received a significant health boost.

I've already looked at the characters, and none of them have any abilities/advancements that do anything like this. We used Doc, Sledge or Smoke, and Tchanka, and we were finishing the 2nd objective.

Anyone know what caused this?

If you manage to grab some footage next time it may happen, that would be really useful.

My first thought was that perhaps it was that you guys had the Anabolic Accelerant equipped but it doesn't seem like that was the case.

None of us were using Anabolic Accelerant. I will ask what the others were using. I was using paralysis grenades.

I really hope I'm able to somehow replicate it at some point, though this is the first time I've ever experienced it. I immediately thought someone was Finka, but no one was. I'm a very curious person, and unexplained things like this drive me crazy. Lol. I have to figure it out.

Thanks for checking up! Loving the game and community so far. My only complaint is that I want more content! Lol I'm already 100% on everything and most operators are level 10. Though, to be fair, I have been at home since last Tuesday due to a minor surgery.
