I had queued into my 3rd ranked match of this season when it said I was kicked from the match for connection issues when I was not having any elsewhere when I hurriedly tried to restart my game it said I had to put my phone number with the account before I could play but I had already been playing for a few hours this meant that I got kicked from my ranked game and due to the prompt to put my phone number in even though I have had it connected for a long time lead me to be to slow and my team ended the match leading to an unfair ban and me losing elo off my placements. Is there any way this can be rectified I don't want to be scared to play ranked due to the fact I might just be insta-kicked and have to put in information the game already has and lose more elo.

Hey there @ml_s41tsilver, thank you for getting in touch and welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear that you have been getting kicked from matches due to your phone number, I do not believe that this is something which has been reported before.

You should not be able to play ranked matches if your phone number has not been added to your Ubisoft account. If you are able to partially play matches but then you are kicked, could you please provide a short video showing this in action? You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you could transfer the video to a PC using a flash drive and then send it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site.
