[2022] Extraction Deluxe Preorder Siege bonus

Apologies if this has been answered before but I couldn’t see it (possibly an issue using Reddit/Apollo on mobile). Do we have to wait until the 20th when the game comes out to get the skins and whatever on siege or will we get it a certain amount of time after preorder or when the download completes on the 18th
