So i put on skins, weapon skins.. charms and equipment etc and when i restart my game they all go back to default, even the narrator is back ... is this a known bug?

External link →Could you help us potentially figure out how to reproduce this issue by providing the following:
A video with all the actions take before restarting the game
Do the affected players play the game on multiple platforms
Do they receive the settings at the beginning as it was the first boot ever?
