[2022] Why is this a full priced title?

I don't really understand, I feel like they could have fit this whole game into R6S and passed it along as some PvE side content. Outbreak felt much higher quality than Extraction, shame. It's a good game don't get me wrong, but I don't think this should be a standalone $50 AUD game.
