When I was holding F at the extraction point with the other teammate, I got stuck,and I could look around or shoot,but couldn't move.The texts of Pressing F to Extract just kept flashing. I had no other choices but exiting to the main menu and GOT A PENALITY FOR IT!!!
Hey there @Goose-AndDuck, thank you for taking the time to report this. I am sorry to hear that you got stuck interacting with the extract button and had to exit to the Main Menu. I have had a look into it from my end and I do not believe that this is something we have had reports on. Therefore, if you do come across this issue again, could you please provide a short video showing this in action? You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you could transfer the video to a PC using a flash drive and then send it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site.
In the meantime, I will continue to monitor this issue from my end. I also would like to apologise for the penalty you received, we cannot adjust penalties from our end, and I hope it has not taken too much away from your experience with the game.
