[2019] Audio glitched and it won’t go away

So All of a sudden a ringing noise started and it won’t stop I’ve quit the game and come back it won’t stop and The audio is incomplete too like it won’t play some footsteps and other sounds also the guns sound like crap this started yesterday and it won’t stop please help
