[2019] Customizable character?

Hey everyone! I know it's open world, but will our character be able to be fully customized? As in different face/body type/hair and stuff?

Or will we all have the same face

Never played rage before but watched some trailers on Rage 2. I like the insanity of it, it would be cool to create like a wicked insane character!
