[2019] Question about the email what i sent to [email protected]

Umm..Gruntr, maybe this question is little weird but... does [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) email account only read email only once per sender? the email what i sent in April 10 has been readed and i receive the reply. but the other emails what i sent after the April 10 not even readed yet. like a email with question and suggestion what i sent in yesterday, April 15...(that email are including important additional explains and researches for April 10 email so i hope that email readed at least...)
