[2021] Everything is blinding me.

Hi everyone. First i’d like to say that i love the new headquarters, the new maps and the weapons. The issue i have though is with gunfights. Everytime i try to shoot at AI, they blind me by shooting back or pointing their flashlight at me, and i just can’t hit anything. Do you guys have any advice? Do i need to switch something in the settings?

If possible could you upload a video and link it here? Im wondering if it's the sharpness that's doing it (so shooting back) or just flashlights and their fog contribution. In any case I'll add it to my list. :)
