Bad customer experience. Improve it. I haven't got any confirmation mail, newsletter from you guys, just a recite from Xsolla (payment). It's been weeks now, not a sound. Thanks

You should've received a confirmation email for your purchase from Xsolla. You'll receive an alpha key in August, and we're working on the mousepads, it takes a fair bit of time to produce them and get them ready to send. :)
