Also, there could be mods left in your appdata\local\readyornot folder or inside the game's readyornot/ folder (if manually installed). Try looking in there
From what OP is saying, it sounds like the mod itself has been removed from ModIO, so OP is unable to unsubscribe from the mod.
If that's the case that should be easy to fix. But would like to hear from OP about the issue
