EDIT I found the culprit, it's flashlights, If I turn my flashlight on I go from 100+ FPS to 50 FPS, the Devs said they'll be adding some options to alleviate this.

I originally thought my performance dips were due to streaming on OBS and using another OBS program for utilising the replay buffer (long unimportant story as to why this is my setup)

But I tested the same map out solo whilst having the stream/recording craic on, the meth lab map, I was getting well over 100fps the entire time

Once I loaded in with 4 other random lads the FPS just goes down to the 40-70 FPS mark? I tried changing around settings too, see if anything helped, max performance DLSS/Low Shadows etc, my task manager showed the GPU utilisation was around 60-70% and the CPU was around 70% too, RAM was fine as well, 30-40% I think?

I know sometimes games can take a performance hit when they go online, but it seems like an unusually high chonky FPS hit?

Wondering is there anyone experiencing the same? Because most folk I've played with have applauded the optimisation of the game. Kinda bamboozled haha

Just as a note: if you're hosting a bunch of players right now your system will have to do more work. So hosts should expect a but of fps loss per client in their server (but not a huge amount)
