[2023] is this game getting a better optimization after update 1.0?

i have a pc with rx 6400 + i3 10100f, which is more than the minimum requiriments for the game, and almost enough for the recommended requiriments, but for some reason the game stutters a lot, have drastic fps drops, while the graphics are in the lowest and are actually looking like sh*t, it can maintain 45+ fps in the majority of time, and even go higher than 90 fps, but in some parts of the map ot drops really hard, btw even a gt 1030 that is half of the power of my rx 6400 runs better than my pc, is there anything i can do?
