[2022] Are the devs going to include voice lines of screaming civilians?

I have not been up to date on any future plans but I am wondering if the devs plan to incorporate any male or female civilian AI voice lines of screaming, whether it be during the active shooter missions or because of the possibility of loved ones of the suspect watching the suspect die. It would definitely bump up things realistically but also might inflict an intense, uncomfortable experience for players.
