Question regarding an issue I am having on certain maps

I recently have been finding that when playing with friends on certain maps and engaging in a gun fight, there is a very odd audio stutter and horrible frame drop. (I am using DirectX 12 and have no problems with fps other than this.) I also sometimes can not hear my teammates gunfire. Could it possibly be a conflicting mod? I also downloaded a silent neon club map mod .bank file if that helps.
