[2022] Arrest Amos Voll Objective can't be done in the new build

Once I finally cuffed all the civilians, the objective was still not done. So I searched the entire house until I get bored and just shoot everyone. I just realized it was Voll I shot because the objective suddenly failed. I did not recognize him at first because of the new character model.

But even when he was handcuffed the objective was still not done. I even tried to bring him to the SWAT truck because I thought maybe that was a new game mechanic, but still nothing happened.
