[2021] This key issue really needs to be fixed

I hope the devs see this. I just wanted to say, I only heard about this game this week and have been waiting with baited breathe to buy the support edition and get alpha access. I know there must be a huge amount of people like me out there.

I hate to say it, but you really need to fix this key issue as an absolute priority.

Steam can be quite prohibitive with early access and IF they grant you additional early keys they may only be in 1000 lots - you are just going to be here again in a week.

Just a suggestion - have you considered another platform or mechanism to distribute? Epic may be an option. Something direct like Tarkov. But the current issue is costing you money and if steam risks you being in this position again, you need to avoid it.

Edit - Epic was an example, so was Tarkov. My point is Devs need to sort this out because the game is getting tonnes of focus now, and so they need people to buy able to buy in while it is popular. I am worried that this game is missing its chance to take off because of steams crappy dev support.
