No sound in game

When I used to start the game I’d hear menu sounds now all I can hear is clicks in the menu choosing things I hear clicks and that’s it! Went to the shooting range to see if I could hear and still nothing. I’ve already re-installed the game, started in safe mode (no mods), checked my game bar and my headset is selected, yes the volume is up on the taskbar and headset volume is up I also un-plugged it and turned it back on. I was playing incursion red river this morning fine no issues any other fixes out there that could work?
