[2022] Question for developers, will the ambient "world building" suspect (Civillian too?) animations return to all maps?

We had suspects using the toilet, having a smoke break, admiring some art in the previous patch

what happened to this feature? will it be coming to all the maps? I have not seen this behaviour in the supporter branch, so unsure if it was just not being worked on anymore.
