For some reason my left and right click function completely dies at random times. For instance when I hear someone and go ads, my left mb does nothing when I try to shoot them unless I press it 4-5x. It happens with all functions, not just shooting.
What’s super weird is this persists not only through a full reinstall and different mice, but across systems that do not share ANY parts as well. That Makes me think I’m doing something wrong. Help!

If not, try switching to fullscreen - it seems to be some sort of UE issue that can occur, don't know why to this day :'(

Even the menu is blurry too, which is weird.
This is strange indeed... I've been reading around on this for a while and I know there are a few UE4 games that have this problem, get ready for 21 questions hahaha
What are your specs?
Do you have a multi-monitor setup?
What mouse brand are you using? Do you have the accompanying software installed for it?
How much of the CPU is RoN using while playing?
Something else you could try is clearing out the AppData/Local/ReadyOrNot folder... Just be sure to backup the SaveGames and Demos folders
I’ll definitely try that last part, as I haven’t already.
Let me know how it goes, it's very possible that some sort of old mouse config / engine config is messing with the inputs... At least I'm hoping it's that easy
