[2022] When is the January update?

The AI is on crack and they have pistols that shoot .50BMG I swear to God, I get shot through any and every surface and my 7.62 barely goes through anything it feels like, unless a cracked out thug took military training lessons they should not be this accurate. I like this game but this update needs to come out soon. Not to mention the Civs stand there in the middle of a fire fight and when there is a literal swat member coming to save them they run across the map like they forgot today is cardio day. Not to mention they run at Mach 12 directly to the room you're in and just shoot you without being able to see you. It feels like they're ex-military super soldiers with super speed and xray vision.
