I no longer get flashbang sounds at all, I also sometimes don’t get certain gun sounds. My friend who I play with gets none of my gun sounds. There are also issues with distance or directional sounds. I’ve verified integrity of game cache and played with the sound settings in-game, not sure what to do. It’s by no means unplayable just a bit immersion breaking.

- The flashbang audio disappearing is due to a modded map (always forget if it's shoothouse or olympus theatre.) Not sure if they were updated yet to fix the issue.
- The missing gun sounds are known and have been fixed for the next patch
As for distance / directional, can you specify which sound(s) specifically? Next patch has actually had a pass on adjusting footsteps, and we're working on a solution for hearing them through walls.
Deleted all modded maps, flash bangs still don’t make noise, same with stuns
That's very odd - in every case of the flashbangs disappearing it was tied to modded maps
Did you completely move any mod related stuff out of the ready or not folder?
Verify game files? Maybe something got borked along the way
