[2022] Warning: Do not accept missions with visiting children in Biotech DLC

If a child with the "will not perform work" flag reaches matury in your settlement, you will be unable to choose the child's passions, and eventually unable to exit the "Teaching Moment" (or whatever it's called) screen. Period.

I have a child in my settlement who reached age 10 after joining as part of a "protect the visitors" mission. I can only select shooting and melee as passions, but the game will not let me exit the screen until I choose 3 passions.

I cannot choose 3 passions. The game will not let me exit the screen. The only way out is to alt-f4.

Devs: I recommend disabling 'Teaching Moments' for visitors.
