[2021] Enslaved pawns of another ideology should not give a mood debuff to bigots

Surely those pawns of an intensely bigoted or supremacist ideology would feel vindicated in their beliefs should they hold dominion over those of lesser faiths. As it is now, a supremacist bigoted slaver receives massive debuffs from slaves of a different ideology.
