How do I stop my pawn from going and dyeing their hair?

In vanilla, hair color doesn't fade. Once it's dyed, it's dyed forever, until the player tells them to change it. This is definitely modded behavior. Your best bet would be to track down which mod is responsible, and either check the settings to see if it can be disabled, or ask the author.
