The woman was very late in the pregnancy and i just didn't notice when accepting the "house refugees quest," i just wanted some more pawns. She stayed for 3 more days taking care of her child. When the quest ended, she dropped her daughter in the crib and went to the edge of the map to leave.
She LEFT THE f*ckING BABY.
Idk if this is just an situation that wasn't considered when Biotech was made or intentional. The mother was technically a colonist, making her child also a colonist.
