[2021] Please, Tynan, remove the need for shrines/icons on quest maps

I've got a team of marines on an ancient complex map at the moment, and their spirits are plummeting. The -8 from not having my ideology shrine and icon, however, seems unfair. Can that need please be removed from quest maps?

(Also, short-term, does anyone have a mod which does that?)
