[2020] Psychic insanity/shock lances now have a range of 35 (and need line-of-sight)

I know this was updated a while back, but I still hadn't seen an exact figure and all the info I've seen for them is out-of-date, so I decided to stop being lazy and check the range myself.

For comparison, assault rifles are 31, doomsday/triple rockets are 36 and sniper rifles are 45.

Yep, rockets now out-range lances.

I guess, now, the best anti-rocket tactic with them is to target someone in the vanguard - joggers, incoming melee - so you don't expose yourself, and hope the enemy wastes their rocket. Scary days.
