This will not happen.
DLCs, yes. Physical merch, yes. Microtransactions? Never.
There's plenty of mods for that. Heck, there's a built in devmode you can use to spawn literally anything, or change your pawns any way you want.
You don't need to pay for it. That's just plain silly.
