Here in my country, Brazil, the game is being sold for 150 BRL, which represents 14% of the Brazilian minimum wage.

The price is based on a currency conversion from 1 USD to 5 BRL, since the Brazilian currency is hyper devalued.

EA has not made any price adjustments in line with the real and sad low purchasing power of the people here.

But not every publisher does it that way.

For comparison:

MADDEN NFL 21 x F1 2020

Two 60 USD AAA brand-licensed games.

MADDEN NFL 21 - EA

- Base price: USD 60 - USA

- Highest price: USD 81.39 (+35.68%) - Japan

- Lowest price: USD 42.13 (-29.76) - China

- Brazil Price: USD 56.29 (-6.16%) = BRL 300.00 (relatively expensive)

F1 2020 - Codemasters

Base price: USD 60 - USA

- Highest price: USD 65.21 (+ 8.71%) - Israel

- Lowest price: USD 9.31 (-84.46%) - Argentina

-- Brazil Price: USD 20.70 (-65.48%) - BRL 110.00 (relatively accessible)

ROCKET ARENA - EA

- Base price: USD 30 - USA

- Brazil Price: USD 28,15 (-6.16%) - BRL 150.00 (relatively expensive)

(The game price is not listed on SteamDB)

I have no idea why every publisher sets their prices in each country. The only certainty I have is that in my country this game will not sell much!

If you sign up for EA Access, you should be able to play without buying the game... I believe there is a promo where your 1st month is 99 cents USD, then 4.99/ month afterwards

Only for Origin Access Premier players.
