Here in my country, Brazil, the game is being sold for 150 BRL, which represents 14% of the Brazilian minimum wage.
The price is based on a currency conversion from 1 USD to 5 BRL, since the Brazilian currency is hyper devalued.
EA has not made any price adjustments in line with the real and sad low purchasing power of the people here.
But not every publisher does it that way.

I have no idea why every publisher sets their prices in each country. The only certainty I have is that in my country this game will not sell much!
