Is it even possible to get Post Party for PC? I downloaded the apk file and when I click on it, it asks me what app to open it with. I would assume I need to open it with epic games but I dont know anything about computers and all I can find is a whole bunch of folders. Idk wtf I'm doing.

If you already have the Postparty app installed on your mobile device, and have signed in with your Epic Games account, you should be good to go!
