Is it an option that if the content creator is mentioned (how, i don't know, but eg this post) their comments also gets pinned?

That would be up to the moderators and admins for the sub. We have pinned posts for Developers because most of our comments are informational and need to be seen to prevent the same questions from being asked. With that in mind, I don't think it would be too appropriate to pin all content creator messages.
