I report prob 5-7 people a night, more if there is an offensive clan or team name. But usually I have to report for text harassment or smurfing. I wish they'd tell me who my reports helped to ban.

We can't and don't want to give any indication of who you might have helped get banned as it opens that person to potential harassment. By providing the actions that led to the ban to the reporter it can pretty significantly narrow down who might have received the ban.
Understood, thanks for the breakdown. Another question if you don’t mind: do we see these report pop ups from all types of bans? I’ve noticed the general consensus (unconfirmed of course) is that this feedback pop up only occurs if the text harassment ban was applied.

No, not all reasons will pop up just because of how our report and feedback system was originally built. We have made some changes and most recently players who report others for Unsportsmanlike Conduct should see feedback popups
