Ever since the most recent update and release of Rocket League Season 2, I’ve run in to an issue where only on my Nintendo Switch I’m unable to connect to the Epic Servers. The exact error reads “Having problems communicating with Epic Online Services. Please try again in a few minutes.” This has been going on for days, ever since the last update.

I’ve tried reinstalling the game multiple times, I’ve tried reconnecting the switch to my network, I’ve tried multiple different profiles (all have the same issue), and I’ve tried shutting down my switch multiple times.

Clearly the issue must be with the device itself because my profile works on other platforms. I just can’t for the life of me figure out what the problem is or how to fix it. I’ve gone through the steps on the epic games support page and nothing seems to work.

A similar issue happened last update and all it took was reinstalling Rocket League but it didn’t work this time around.

If anyone has a solution, it would be much appreciated. or if anyone else is having this issue as well please let me know so I know I’m not alone.

Can you try changing your system time to default automatic? We've seen this occurring in folks who have their system time set to a different day or time
