[2021] Reported for scamming, should I be worried?

I lined up a trade with someone on RL garage for a banner. I ask what I can offer for it and he asks to see my import items. I had 3 (+1 rare he liked) and I put them on the trade and he says in chat "that'll do"

This was far too much for one banner, I said "all of these?". I then took out my Endo car body and ticked ok, as I felt the other two imports was a fair trade. He also ticked ok, and 5 seconds later trade was done. He said "thanks bro" and left the party.

About a minute goes by and he invites me back to the party. Intrigued, I joined.

He said "You removed Endo. why u scam bro". I told him that Endo alone was worth more than the banner. The other three items were a fair deal in value that he agreed to.

He asked for me to either give back Endo or the banner. I said sure, I was happy to give a refund on the trade and I put the banner in as my trade offer. He then pressed ok to accept the trade.

He hadn't offered my items back. It was empty. I told him I was happy to give a refund but the trade should be exactly reversed. He said that the items were there but because of a glitch I couldn't see them.

I told him again that I was happy to refund, but he insisted that there was a glitch. Eventually I got tired and told him it was his last chance before I left. He continued to insist that there was a glitch, so I ended the trade.

Before I left the party he said "I have reported you, I hope you get a perm ban scammer." He also commented "scammer" on all my RLgarage posts.

I'm now very paranoid I'll get banned. Does anyone know what usually happens in these situations??
