[2019] May not have gotten as my items from Rocket Pass 2.

I took a screenshot a few weeks before Rocket Pass 2 ended. In this picture you can see I was level 264, and level 264 was highlighted, but the last 4 items still showed locked with question marks.

I filled out a ticket asking if they could just check to see if I had recieved all my items, but I haven't received an e-mail or reply back.
