[2019] someone payed my teammate to throw in a comp game

hello mods! As the title states, I was in a comp game today when a player on the opposing team offered anyone on my team 5 keys to throw the game. One player accepted the offer and the two were very blatant about their cheating throughout the game. I fear that my reports may slip under the system's radar, so I chose to post here.
