[2021] Scammed by psyonix? Twice??

So the first time this happened, I thought it was just a really good scam. But after it happened again just the other day, I know it was not. At least not by the person I traded with. So, the whole trade went fine. No trying to remove stuff last second, it was smooth as it gets. The trade countdown ends, and trade complete screen shows up. But instead of showing what I received, a red window appears that said trade failed. Attempted to try it again and my item was gone. His credits remained in his acct, and the item was not in his or my inventory. The first time was a fennec ombre decal, about a month ago. The other was a black dragon lord decal and was 2 days ago. Neither of them have returned. Anyone know wtf this is all about?
