Hello! I can assure everyone here that we are not banning anyone from chat or from the game for the use of Quick Chats. One bug we are investigating right now, though, is why you aren't seeing what words or phrases caused the ban.
My only issue here is that 72 hour GAME bans for a potential first offense is a little much, don't you think?
Start with a 72 hour chat ban and move to game bans for 2nd+ offenses on the stuff that's not racist/homophobic, stuff like "you're trash". Crack down on the really offensive stuff and punish hard. But 72 hour game ban for telling someone they're trash is a little too much.

We disagree. We are going to be treating some language (like racial slurs, sexual slurs like f*****) this harshly moving forward, meaning punishment will go directly into Game Bans, bypassing chat penalties.
Meanwhile, some language (st, fk, similar) used across multiple matches will still lead to Chat Bans before a player escalates into Game Bans.
