Our latest update (v1.70) is now live. This thread is an effort to get all bug or glitch reporting into one thread.

  • Please take a look at the formatting below (don't be that guy who doesn't use the template)
  • Please read through the comments before posting your own issue so we can cut down on duplicate posts
  • Reply to a thread confirming your issue if you already see it posted

Please do not post about non-v1.70-related issues here.

Here's the posting format:

  • Bug or Glitch: A brief explanation of the problem.
  • Platform: Steam (PC, Mac, Linux)/PS4/PS4 Pro/Xbox One/Xbox One X/Nintendo Switch
  • Evidence: Video/Images -- YouTube, Imgur and Gfycat preferred
  • If using YouTube, please make the video UNLISTED
  • Logs: If playing on PC, grab logs and drop them on Pastebin, and put the link here

Logs on PC are typically located at C:\Users\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Logs

Logs on macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Rocket League/TAGame/Logs/

UPDATES

  • Season 12 Rewards will appear in eligible player inventories over the course of several hours after the update is live.
  • Season 13 is now live; all Competitive Playlists are now available.

NEW KNOWN ISSUES

  • FIXED Older DLC cars may appear as Octane in Online Matches
  • Some Decals for Dominus appear Painted where the chosen Secondary color should appear

The Keys converted at the correct rate, but we made the change late enough so the in-game pop-up after start may be incorrect. If you go into your inventory, you should have the correct number of Credits. (23,530 for you, I think.)

Logs: Just a "Launch" file that is empty.

I've reinstalled Rocket league, removed bakkes and alpha console, reset twice, and it's a big fat no-go.

At this point, can you also look for a .dmp file in the same directory as your logs, and then submit it in a ticket to our Customer Care team?

Once you have the ticket number, please DM it to me so I can look further into it.

We have a ton of Blueprints being opened right now (thousands of reveals per second), and PsyNet is handling this as best as it can.

This is intended, however the button keybind text for Archiving and Favorite should not be present while in the Blueprints tab. This will be fixed in a later update.

Hiya! This is not a bug. Blueprints cannot be archived.

The intention of the Archive tab was to hide away items, not to single them out for more attention.

This may not be a bug. Referencing the Blueprints blog...

Following the update, only free items obtained via post-game drops will be eligible to trade in. Free Rocket Pass items will remain ineligible for trade ins.

Starting as administrator has no effect...

Currently, we recommend that you uninstall Gif Your Game and then follow these instructions:

  1. Go to your Rocket League install location (Default location: steam\steamapps\common\rocketleague\Binaries\Win32).

  2. Delete the file x3daudio1_7.dll and/or d3d9.dll if these files are there.

Once this is done, you should be able to launch Rocket League without any issues. If you are still experiencing the same, problem, then you should reach out to our Customer Care team.

This turned out to be an issue with Gif Your Game. They have since updated their client to fix this issue, so we recommend that you make sure you're on the latest version.

If it helps you the game was casual, and I was in a lobby for two games, the first one didn’t start and I said my tenth ‘need boost’. I said ‘need boost’ in the following game and it gave me the double up achievement then when it finished.

They were all earned in Rumble.

IGN and Steam Account are named Kightsbridge

Hey there, I looked at your account and it does look like you peaked at the Gold Season Reward Level.

Despite finishing at the Champion level, you still need to reach the Champion Season Reward Level to unlock those rewards. Sorry if there was any confusion!
