Just piping in here after searching for a resolution to this issue. PS4 Pro user here also experiencing the same issue. Usually happens during transition to replay after goal or transition back to play after replay. It hangs for 10-15 secs, latency spikes through the roof (I assume because the console isn't responding to the server) and sometimes times out. Usually I end up just missing a kick off. Sometimes happens when checking scoreboard as well, but I tend to check after goals are scored, so maybe that's just convenient timing.
I've also had it get hangy and freeze on the menu when quitting out of the match. Restarting the game fixes it, but it seems random what brings it back. Maybe a memory leak or something.
This is something we're still investigating, will update when I have something more concrete.
