Hi OP, thanks for posting, and sending a DM momentarily about running a test with me!
For the thread: I hope everyone is doing well tonight! Based on the screenshot, I don't think this is a server issue, as two players in the match have pings of 8 and 24. While a third player has the connection indicator active, that could be an issue with packet loss or latency variation on their end.
